Where is the SOW (Scope of Work)?
There isn’t one. A SOW has limitations. We are here to support and grow with the company as a whole. We want to continue working with you to succeed without limitation.
How many hours are allocated to me and my company?
We do not limit the number of hours we provide. Think of us as part of your team without the long term commitment and cost of a full-time hire. We will do what it takes to get the work done.
Is this on-site?
With today’s technology, we are able to work remotely and meet on video conferences as well as chat on communication tools such as Slack. We are more than happy to travel on-site as needed. Travel costs may apply.
What is your SLA?
We strive to respond to messages right away, but sometimes it’s not possible. During business hours we will respond within two hours.
Where are you location and what are your business hours?
We are a U.S. based company. Since we are a start-up, our current experts are working remotely in California. Our business hours are 8am – 5pm PDT. Off-hour support is available upon request.
